Set high above the water's edge, East by Sea pairs authentic barn architecture with majestic, unobstructed ocean views. It is a true Atlantic destination—where the sea, sky, and shoreline create a breathtaking backdrop for every moment.
Our outdoor ceremony space will feature wooden benches and arbour, alternatively you can also have your ceremony indoors.

Oceanfront ceremony site for up to 149 guests, with stone walkways, wooden benches and an arbour.
Bar
Built-in bar with sink. Hire a licensed bar service to run it under a Special Occasion Licence. No BYOB.
Accessibility
Step-free access to the barn, ceremony site and accessible bathroom. The dressing and honeymoon suites are upstairs.
Dance Floor
A dance floor plus a stage for live music or a DJ.
